Mindful awareness begins with stillness and breath. It starts when we slow down enough to recognize the preciousness of each moment we are given.
There is great suffering in the present. And also, right here, at this very moment, we can experience the sacred. We can see beauty. We can feel love. We can be awakened. We can feel and express gratitude. We can do all these things when we remember to look with the eyes of The Holy Now.
